If for any reason you would like to return your purchase, just send it back within 2 months for a refund or an exchange (reimbursement is made by original payment method). After 2 months, your refund will be by store credit.

Return: Simply fill out the form on the back of your invoice.

Exchange: You can request an exchange by calling us at 1-800-611-9868 OR by filling out the form on the back of your invoice under exchange. You don't need to do both.

Shipping on your exchange order is free within the contiguous U.S.A. (excludes AK, HI, and all U.S. territories and possessions). All international exchange orders will be charged a shipping fee consistent with the order amount being exchanged.

Shipping your return:

• Please repack items in sturdy packaging.
• Include a copy of your invoice.
• Use the UPS label provided in your package to ship your return or print one during the Return Express process. To cover return shipping, a $5.75 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund ($9.75 for Alaska and Hawaii/U.S. Territories).
• Drop the package off at any UPS drop-off location. Visit http://www.ups.com and select the locations tab to find a location near you. If you need to use an alternate carrier for the return, use the return address label to the right and make sure that your package is prepaid and insured. COD packages will not be accepted.
